Ivona Amy is a Text-to-Speech Automated announcer from Ivona also used from Amazon Polly. Amy was first introduced at Greater Anglia stations in 2019, She was first installed at Meridian Water when it opened on 3rd June 2019. Since then, her use has expanded, eventually replacing Anne completely by late 2020.. Amy was rolled out as Greater Anglia began upgrading their CIS screens. Her voice is used on the Atos system. In 2021 it was announced that Amy would be rolled out to West Midlands Railway
